Because SMA hosts many boutique hotels, we do not have a room block. However, discounted rates are available at the hotels below:

Matilda: book over the phone with the rate, EMJAM.

Numu: book online with the group rate, G-ELEW (group rate expires January 1). To extend a day with that rate, the hotel recommends to book Friday & Saturday using the code then email laura.alvarado1@numusanmiguelhotel.com to extend your stay.

Please note that all events will be outdoors - the temperature typically ranges from high 70s during the day and low 50s in the morning & night.

what should i wear to the events?

Welcome Party: The walk to Carino is uphill on cobblestone streets - so bring your boots and guayaberas to start off the weekend!

Ceremony & Reception: Tuxes are suggested for men, and colorful gowns/midis are suggested for women. There will be taxis provided to take guests from the ceremony to the reception. Ladies - please pack thick/block heels if you plan to walk!

Bring comfortable shoes to explore the city during the day.
